Pork BBQ and Ghosts

Saturday afternoon/evening was great. I, and some other cool folks, went to a pig pickin’ hosted by the ultra-cool Strother (and family). The event took place at a cabin that pre-dates the Civil War and is haunted! How cool is that? We even got the bonus of another haunted place just up the road. Clickity-clickty to see more photos.

The pork, needless to say, was really fresh.

Mmmm. Tasty!

Robert and Mary.

Molly and Ian.

A bat was taking a nap on the porch.

Casey blows some bubbles.

We played in the grass.

Strother (red shirt), our host, and some guests.

It’s not everyday you get pork BBQ quite this fresh. Mmmm, mmmm!

Frances has a pork BBQ sandwich and some chips.

100+ year old haunted cabin!

The other haunted place (up the road).

Creepy windows.

Creepy bathroom at Strother’s place.

Sink and faucet.

Portrait in the hallway.

Back to the place up the road.
