After another year-long wait, “Oz: The Complete Fourth Season” drops into stores tomorrow. This makes me all smiley. Season Four is 16 episodes long instead of eight. Whoo. That means more “drool time” with Lee Tergesen who plays Tobias Beecher. He’s dreamy.
