Horror!
I just had to rewatch “Ju-On” again last night. It’s just too sweet. It’s always nice to see a horror film made with subtlety. If’n you ain’t seen it yet … get to it!

I got 99.9% of the insulation up last night. Now it’s the “waiting game” until the electrician comes to re-wire the room … which is cool. I need a day or two off for improvements. The part I hate comes next. Drywall. Mud. It’s a pain.

DVD!
My copy of the Criterion release of Robert Altman’s 1993 film “Short Cuts” is on it’s way. If you know me at all, you know that it’s my favorite film of all time. It’s been unavailable on dvd until now and the only widescreen version available before this is the excellent Criterion three disc LaserDisc edition. Hopefully it will arrive before the weekend and I can snuggle up with it on Saturday.
