Here’s a sketch that’s been the start of an art project that will hopefully be completed tomorrow. I am kinda excited to see what the finished product is gonna look like.

Here’s another drawing of a skull!
Coolest. Poster. Ever.
Right before Christmas I order a 3-color screen printed poster of “Black Christmas” from Mondotees.com. Most folks know that I love, love, love the original “Black Christmas.” Well, the poster arrived last week and it is soooooo fucking cool. It’s printed in black, blue and metallic silver to fantastic effect.
Billy’s face has a skull printed there that only appears when looking at the proper angle.
The right arm shows text of some of Billy’s phone calls.
Tattoo You (Version 2.0)
Yeah. The desire for that second tattoo has kicked in.
Is the new year? Is it boredom?
Whatever it is, I have decided on what. Now I just have to decide where. I am thinking the forearm on either my right or left arm. I’ve even dummied it up to see how it would look. Check it!
Here’s the right arm.
And now … the left one.
Semi-Daily Doodles
Here’s a crappy sketch I did last week of Carlos, the boss’s dog.
“Skull” (Pencil & Ball Point Pen on 5″ x 5″ Corrugated Cardboard)
Merry Christmas!
Semi-Daily Doodles
So yeah … here’s some more doodles.
Wow It’s my cup of pens and things at work. Excitement!!!
This is my hand. This is also proof that I suck at drawing hands.
Semi-Daily Doodle: #2
Pirate Skull!
Semi-Daily Doodle: #1
My hand has been itching to draw and I have spent the last few days doodling. So, I am gonna try my best to keep up with it ’cause I am waaaaaaaay out of practice. This doddle is of some daily essentials … my Nalgene Bottle and Travel Coffee Mug.
Art Purchase! (Redux)
I took possession yesterday of the painting I purchased a couple of weeks ago. All I can say is that I LOVE it and it looks AWESOME in my living room!!!
Art Purchase!
I have made the commitment to buy a painting from a gallery show that is opening this weekend! This makes me so giddy ’cause I love art. The artist, Susan Livengood, is local and I have always like her style. Her current show (“Disappearing Rural Architecture Portraits”) is all paintings with old log cabins as the subject matter.
Here’s the painting I am gonna buy and hang in my living room …
“Potato Cellar” (2007), Oil on paper, 22″ x 30″
Next Tattoo?
